Emily Levesque is an Associate focusing on municipal tax title, with a background in corporate governance and commercial transactions.  While in law school, Emily served as Operations Editor for the Western New England Law Review and was a member of the National Moot Court Team.  She also gained broad experience in both business and litigation matters through clerkships, including with an internationally accredited financial institution, and internships with the Honorable Judge Robertson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Honorable Judge Montalbano of the Rhode Island Superior Court.  Emily takes pride in fostering a positive and compassionate environment, which inspires her to provide practical and thoughtful guidance that genuinely meets the needs of the community.

Emily received her J.D., magna cum laude from Western New England University School of Law and her B.S.B.A., magna cum laude in Business Administration from Western New England University.  She is the author of Bankruptcy Blitz: How Courts Penalize Debtors Despite Lack of Cause and Jurisdiction Under the Appropriations Act, published in the Western New England Law Review, Volume 47.  Emily is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
